Rebecca Gray

Rebecca Gray is a Vice President with Kaufman Hall’s Strategy & Business Transformation practice. She works with healthcare executives and physician leaders nationwide to analyze practice performance and implement strategies to ensure financial sustainability.

Prior to Kaufman Hall, Rebecca was a Finance Manager for OhioHealth. She managed a team of accountants and financial analysts, working closely with OhioHealth Physician Group senior leaders. Rebecca also assisted in overseeing and developing the health system’s annual budget and long-range financial plan, as well as reporting for month-end closings, practice acquisitions, physician compensation modeling, and ad hoc requests. Rebecca previously served as a Financial Consultant and Senior Financial Analyst for OhioHealth. Earlier in her career, she was a financial analyst with JobsOhio, an economist/budget analyst, and a business development manager for the State of Ohio.

Rebecca earned her M.B.A., M.S. in Agricultural and Development Economics, and B.A. in International Relations from The Ohio State University.
