Our mission is to strengthen our members’ delivery of high-value care by aligning cost, quality and market performance. To that end, each year we survey network members to determine the direction and focus of our performance improvement offerings, Based on the survey results, expert inputs, and an environmental scan, we identified key themes for our programming.
Consistently delivering high-value care takes committed and unified leadership, along with the right infrastructure. We design both interprofessional opportunities to help leadership teams build the confidence, skill and capability to lead their organizations successfully into the future, and profession-specific educational series. We provide continuing education units for the majority of our programs.
Staffing needs for most health systems will never be the same, with an inevitable emphasis towards more resources for telehealth, intensive care and infectious disease.
