Tek Vu is a seasoned customer experience leader with decades of healthcare and customer service experience, particularly in optimizing and improving the end-to-end experience for customers. Vu is focused on supporting Sg2 healthcare provider organizations with powerful customer-centric analytics and expertise to design and implement growth strategies to grow business through achieving customer loyalty more effectively. Vu earned his Master of Science in health services administration from the University of Central Florida and is a Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP).
