Kaile Crawford serves as a Director of the Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program™, where she leads national efforts to strengthen nurse workforce development through outcomes-driven strategy, data analytics, and programmatic innovation. She specializes in transition-to-practice program design, benchmarking and evaluation, workforce retention, and aligning nurse residency outcomes with organizational quality and operational goals.

In her current role, Kaile leads the strategic direction, evaluation, and continuous improvement of Vizient’s Nurse Residency Program, supporting hundreds of participating organizations nationwide. She oversees program standards, survey methodology, benchmarking, and outcomes reporting, guiding members in the use of actionable data to drive evidence-based decisions. Her leadership emphasizes rigor, transparency, and practical application, ensuring that nurse residency outcomes translate directly into operational and workforce value.

Kaile leads data and outcomes initiatives to advance nurse transition programs, including enhancements to national survey tools and dashboards. She collaborates with nursing leaders to align program design with workforce priorities and facilitates national forums that support shared learning and innovation.

Kaile is an active contributor to the broader nursing leadership community. She serves in leadership and advisory roles with professional organizations, including the American Organization for Nursing Leadership, and is a frequent speaker and facilitator at national conferences.
