Heather Blonsky

Heather Blonsky is a lead data scientist with Vizient’s Data and Digital team, working closely with providers to develop measures of health access and patient centered healthcare quality. Recent work has focused on the development of the Vizient Vulnerability Index™ describing neighborhood-level obstacles to care, and on the relationship between those obstacles and specific clinical outcomes and utilization metrics. Blonsky has spoken widely on general health access and measurement topics, with a particular focus on how we can take advantage of robust data and nuanced understanding to create actionable solutions to improving health outcomes.
