Evy Olson, MSN, MBA, RN

Evy Olson is a seasoned healthcare leader, currently serving as VP Nursing Programs at Vizient. With a career spanning over 30years, she serves as a trusted advisor and expert in workforce strategies leveraging a unique blend of operational and strategic vision to the table. She is also a speaker at industry conferences and a published author on workforce trends, with a unique focus on the impact of nursing workforce on the healthcare industry.

She leads clinical workforce programs, collaborating with nurse leaders across the country. This includes the leadership of the Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program (NRP) and the Vizient Transition to Nurse Leader Program (TTNLP). Previously, Olson was Vice President of Clinical Effectiveness at Sanford Bismarck, an integrated healthcare system. She has served in CNO and CQO roles in her past, leading executive and operational programs in nursing and quality leadership across the healthcare continuum.

Olson holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Dakota, a Master in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota.
