Becky Seiler, MSN, RN, CPHQ

Becky Seiler has 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Her areas of expertise and professional skills include quality, patient safety, executive leadership, nursing, education, and consulting. She assists Kaufman Hall clients in making large-scale, transformational change within their organizations, through transformational leadership, performance improvement, and implementation of high reliability systems. She partners with clients to architect the change, plan and coach the implementation, and realize and reinvest the results.

Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Seiler was the system director of Quality and Patient Safety for OhioHealth. This was preceded by 16 years as a clinical nurse, educator, hospital administrator, and leader in quality and patient safety improvement activities.

Seiler holds a Master of Science degree in nursing from Chamberlain University and a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Capital University. She's a registered nurse licensed in the state of Montana, and a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality with the National Association for Healthcare Quality.
