Senior Vice President

Sinjin Close is a Senior Vice President with the Physician Enterprise division of Kaufman Hall. He works with physician leaders nationwide on strategies related to process improvement, physician alignment, patient access and patient satisfaction.

Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Sinjin was a Manager with Medical Group Consulting at Huron. He assisted healthcare clients with workforce management strategies, operational assessments, population health initiatives and central access strategies. He also helped clients standardize provider contracts and develop provider performance methodologies. Sinjin’s previous titles include Revenue Cycle Analyst and Associate with Huron. He held multiple positions with Centura Health, including Director of the Orthopedic Service Line and Urology, Assistant Administrator for Orthopedics and Operations and Strategy Project Management Lead. Before Centura, he was a Proposal Development Manager with Boston University’s Center for Global Health and Development.

Sinjin earned his MPH from Boston University School of Public Health, and his BA in international studies from the University of Oregon.
