Rob Gialessas

Rob Gialessas is a Senior Vice President in Kaufman Hall’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice. Since joining in 2014, he has worked with a variety of healthcare clients, providing merger, acquisition and other strategic and financial advisory services for both sell-side and buy-side transactions, as well as advising on growth strategy engagements.

His responsibilities include oversight of transaction execution strategies, transaction strategy development, valuation and ongoing strategic and financial advisory related to growth strategy engagements. His clients have included numerous healthcare organizations throughout his career, including hospitals, health systems, government-owned organizations, physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers and managed care plans.

Rob has a BBA in finance from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
