Peter Delaney
Peter Delaney is a Senior Vice President in Kaufman Hall’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Treasury & Capital Markets practices. Mr. Delaney has 17 years of M&A and capital markets advisory experience exclusively focused on the healthcare services and senior living industries.
Mr. Delaney has completed numerous sell-side and buy-side engagements across the country, focusing on senior living and post-acute care facilities, value-based care and managed care companies, payers, medical groups, health systems and academic medical centers. Mr. Delaney’s sell-side experience includes leading clients through sale, divestiture and recapitalization processes to strategic acquirers/investors, private equity firms and other financial sponsors, health systems and payers. On the buy-side, Mr. Delaney has advised health systems and senior living owners on investments in, and acquisitions of, various targets across these sectors of focus. He also completed a wide range of taxable and tax-exempt debt issuances for financial advisory clients.
Peter previously served as a Managing Director at Ponder & Co. He holds a BA in economics from Vanderbilt University and is a member of the Board of Directors of St. Michael's Episcopal School in Dallas, TX.
