Mark Fryer is a Senior Vice President within Kaufman Hall’s Revenue & Operations Improvement practice, specializing in strategic and operational solutions for integrated delivery systems, academic medical centers and community hospitals. He has proven expertise in optimizing clinical operations, workforce effectiveness and non-labor spend management, with a history of driving transformation and financial improvement. Mark is skilled in strategic planning, digital health and leveraging data analytics to lead high-performing teams and accelerate business growth.

With 30 years of experience in healthcare, including nearly 20 years in global Big Four consulting and 10 years as a clinician, he delivers strategic healthcare solutions that enhance patient care, operational efficiency and organizational success.

Mark earned his MBA from Xavier University and a BS in physical therapy from Indiana University.
