Lauren Clementi

Lauren Clementi is a Senior Vice President of Kaufman Hall and a member of the firm’s Strategy and Business Transformation practice. She has more than 15 years of experience in strategic capital planning, with a focus on aligning strategy with achievable and sustainable long-term capital plans. Ms. Clementi helps healthcare leaders optimize decision-making using advanced analytics and scenario modeling to account for shifting demographic, regulatory, and market trends. Her areas of expertise include integrated strategic and financial planning, ambulatory planning and network integration, service line planning, and portfolio optimization. Lauren has deep experience in bringing real estate solution to her client partners as well as pediatric and oncology planning expertise.

Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Ms. Clementi was a Principal at HOK Healthcare Consulting, where she provided strategic direction and thought leadership to hospital and health system executives across the country. She holds an M.H.A. from Rutgers University and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland.
