Jeffrey Sahrbeck

Jeffrey Sahrbeck is a Managing Director for Kaufman Hall’s Treasury & Capital Markets practice. He advises healthcare leaders nationwide on Treasury and Capital Markets topics, including credit and capital management, external financing, treasury operations, treasury platform merger integration, and strategic resource allocation.

Mr. Sahrbeck has worked in the industry for more than two decades and has experience with a wide variety of structures, clients, and products. He has advised some of the largest systems in the country, as well as single site community hospitals, academic medical centers, public hospitals, and specialty hospitals (children’s, orthopedic, rehab, cancer, etc.). He previously served as a Managing Director at Ponder & Co., where he was primarily responsible for advising clients on all aspects of capital formation. Over the last five years, Mr. Sahrbeck has worked on transactions totaling over $30 billion in par amount.

Mr. Sahrbeck graduated with honors from Harvard College. He is a registered Municipal Advisor (Series 50) and is a Municipal Advisor Principal (Series 54).
