Forest Plourde-Cole

Assistant Vice President

Forest Plourde-Cole is an Assistant Vice President with Kaufman Hall’s Strategy & Business Transformation practice. He works with healthcare executives and physician leaders nationwide to analyze practice performance and implement strategies to ensure operational effectiveness and financial sustainability.

Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Forest worked in operations at Mount Sinai Solutions, a direct-to-employer division of Mount Sinai Health System, where he led the design, build, and implementation of bundled surgical programs (Centers of Excellence), navigation services and other healthcare products. Forest previously served as a consultant for the Medical Group practice at Huron Consulting Group, where he assessed, designed, and implemented operational and financial improvements for health systems and physician practices, including access and productivity optimizations, contact center centralizations, and front and back-office performance improvement.

He holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Maryland.
