Camille is a Senior Vice President with Kaufman Hall’s Revenue & Operations Improvement practice. She specializes in collaborating with community hospitals, academic medical centers, healthcare systems and medical groups to improve their operational and financial performance by implementing sustainable solutions with ongoing benefits through more accurate and complete clinical documentation.

Camille works with hospitals and health systems to develop and expand clinical documentation improvement programs across the care continuum, including inpatient and professional fee claims for adult, pediatrics and neonate patient groups. She focuses on identifying opportunities and measuring success using complex data models and analytics and facilitates an organization's successful and collaborative change management process.

Camille holds a master of health policy and administration degree from Northwestern University and a BS in business economics and public policy from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
