Senior Vice President

Bradley Dills is a Senior Vice President with Kaufman Hall’s Treasury & Capital Markets practice. He provides analytical, quantitative and strategic support, primarily for not-for-profit hospitals and health systems nationwide.

Bradley previously served as a Vice President at Ponder & Co., where he was primarily responsible for quantitative analysis in structuring complex financing transactions while advising clients on credit and capital structure management. His experience encompasses a variety of financing structures, including fixed and floating rate bond structures in both the public and private capital markets, with a particular focus on pricing private market transactions.

Bradley has participated in more than $10 billion of transactions for a variety of not-for-profit healthcare systems, senior living facilities and universities. His experience also includes Energy-as-a-Service transactions and monetizing academic medical center royalty payments.

Bradley holds a BA in neuroscience from Vanderbilt University and is a registered Municipal Advisor (Series 50).
