Andrew R. Philippi

Andrew Philippi is a leader in Kaufman Hall's Revenue & Operations Improvement practice. He has over a decade of healthcare consulting experience, serving as an advisor to integrated health systems and other healthcare providers. His most recent work includes leading complex enterprise transformation projects with the aim of identifying, implementing and sustaining operational and financial improvements. His areas of expertise include organizational alignment, enterprise project management, performance benchmarking, revenue and operations improvement and pre- and post-merger integration.

Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Mr. Philippi was an analyst at Ascension Health, where he conducted pricing, charge capture and reimbursement analyses and consulted to member hospital networks on revenue enhancement strategies. He also served with the United States Peace Corps in Albania.

Mr. Philippi holds a BIS in economics and business administration from Arizona State University. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
