Wendy brings over 30 years of extensive healthcare experience, spanning nursing operations, patient safety, and regulatory compliance across various healthcare environments. Her leadership includes roles in emergency care, intensive care, and regulatory oversight. Wendy previously served as a surveyor for CMS and state agencies, conducting comprehensive assessments across multiple healthcare settings. She specializes in delivering targeted education on accreditation standards, and holds advanced degrees in healthcare regulations, nursing and health administration.

Diane Cullen MSN, MBA, RN, CIC

Accreditation Advisor, Regulatory and Accreditation Services

Diane has over two decades of experience focused on infection prevention, regulatory readiness, and patient safety. She has held pivotal roles including Director of Infection Prevention and has extensive expertise with TJC standards, CMS compliance, and healthcare accreditation. Diane's distinguished career includes contributions as a subject matter expert at TJC, developing tools and standards for infection control compliance. She is a seasoned educator recognized for her expertise in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and holds master’s degrees in nursing and business administration, along with certifications in infection control.
