Marshall Leslie leads Vizient's consulting business, helping healthcare providers achieve strategic growth, financial and quality performance, value-based care alignment and cultural, clinical and operational excellence.
Leslie previously served as Group SVP, Operations and Quality and as Managing Principal of Vizient Advisory Services. Prior to Vizient, he served in operational leadership roles at GE and Procter & Gamble, where he focused on supply chain operations, quality, and global sourcing. With more than 17 years of experience in healthcare, Leslie’s areas of expertise and professional skills include health care operations with a focus on performance improvement, quality, and safety. His background also includes designing transformational relationships that connect operational performance and clinical outcomes. Leslie has led numerous successful advisory engagements in North America and Europe with a record of delivering sustained bottom-line results.
Leslie earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Vanderbilt University and his Bachelor of Science degree in industrial and systems engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
