Our Accreditation Professional Orientation Certificate program, designed for those who are new to or less experienced in accreditation management, gives you the basic knowledge and skills you need to be more effective, whether your regulatory or accrediting body is The Joint Commission, Det Norske Veritas, the Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program or the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
The program is led by Vizient Accreditation Services staff and subject matter experts from member organizations. Participants will have access to mentors for one-on-one assistance and networking. The program consists of a 1.5-day session in Chicago followed by four monthly webinars. During the Chicago session, you will choose a project to work on when you return to your organization that will allow you apply what you have learned and improve your continuous patient readiness program at the same time.
This program is eligible for continuing education credit.
