Since 1901, women of all ages, ranks, and levels of authority have entered every branch of service, made significant contributions, and suffered the same sacrifices as men. Despite this history, service women still face gender bias and barriers in the military and when they try to access the veteran benefits and services they earned defending our nation.

Join us for the first of a three-part series to learn about health issues affecting female veterans. Our series begins on May 9 with an overview of the clinical, psychosocial and behavioral health conditions affecting female veterans. This series will highlight how knowing a patient’s veteran status can help provide high quality care tailored to the needs of female veteran patients.
