Supply Chain Education
Value analysis is a process for the evaluation and selection of products, services and noncapital equipment that is used by many health care organizations to reduce costs and improve clinical, financial and operational performance. Establishing a successful value analysis program requires a collaborative process involving many stakeholders.
Our three-day sessions led by Vizient® subject matter experts — the Vizient Value Analysis course — will provide a proven model for implementing and managing a value analysis program. The curriculum, which is based on the Vizient leading practices framework, is built around the critical functional activities of clinical value analysis.
During this course, you will engage in hands-on learning activities and obtain valuable tools and techniques that you can apply within your own organization to better manage costs while maintaining your focus on delivering high-quality care.
- Early registration: The course fee is $2,500 per person, but if you register by May 7 you will receive $500 off the per-person fee.
- If three members from your organization register for the same course you will receive $1,000 off the per-person fee.
