HIIN Community Knowledge Network

An ongoing challenge in health care is ensuring that important test results are provided to the correct person in a timely fashion. Delays in this process can lead to delayed, missed and incorrect diagnoses. Our guest speakers will illustrate ways that closing the test result loop, especially with health technology, can yield effective and timely therapies and mitigate diagnostic error.

The Vizient® Hospital Improvement Innovation Network (HIIN) Community Knowledge Network education series, presented by the Vizient HIIN, focuses on safety challenges that are currently facing the industry. Webinars and webcasts in the series offer continuing education credit, which is outlined in the following designation statement. These webinars and webcasts are available to all Partnership for Patients stakeholders, including all Vizient members, HIIN participants, Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organizations, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and other federal and state organizations, as well as patients and their family members.
